27th December – last day of StayCation
Our last sleep at the hotel was over sadly. We packed, had our brekkie and checked out. Off for a quick bite to eat for lunch before dashing back to the hotel to use the pool for our booked slot (the 1st available in three days) from 13:30-15:00. I had some work to do so dropped out and wifey decided to do the same because I was not going in. So we had beers and cocktails at poolside whilst the kids had fun in the Arctic conditions of the water. Yes, it was fricking cold. I dipped my toe in and my testicles ended up in my neck it was so cold haha. I am so glad I had a little work to do today. Let’s have a look, shall we?

The only dining space in the hotel. Rather nice, but it also ‘stole’ the bar. So not so nice.
Nice family snap in the bottle-shaped gazebo. All very smiley as they have not tried the pool temperature yet haha.
The kids just chilling. As in, literally chilling…
Rather moody. Not Wifey, I meant the weather. But she asked for this ‘non-selfie’ – I wonder if it will make Facebook?
And that was that. Showered and dried. Taxi home. Unpack. Washing on. Feed the fish. Water the plants. TV on. Film to watch. Dinner at hawker. Xmas is over and we await a rather strange New Year’s Eve for 2020. Back to the new normal in the blink of an eye. We had such fun though. I a so glad we stayed where we stayed as we had such fun in Chinatown and the CBD. A place we hardly ever frequent for some reason. 27th December – last day of StayCation. It was great.
