Kids to Work Day
So after much persuasion it was time for Kids to Work Day. Jude was desperate to come, and desperate to wear a suit – just like Daddy. So we bought him a suit, and Amy, he and I went off to work. We took the bus, and had a lovely ride in. I was like a tour guide showing all the things on the way. When we got to work – it became ‘spoil the Kids at Work Day’. They were hugged, given candy, and biscuits. I think they might want to come again rather soon.

Bless him he demanded that if he was going to work that he had to have a suit, just like Daddy. So we did get him one and a work shirt. Too cool for school Jude Jude, but perfect for work. Woo Hoo! Looking great matey!

We took the bus to work – clearly he’s excited. Amy was sat next to us too.

Bunkered down in the pantry. And boy did they get spoilt rotten, with everyone saying hello and how smart they looked. And sweets, drinks and biscuits galore – sorry Mum!

We did two walks round the office too. The last one was demanded by a few people so that they could all say goodbye to the two when Mum came to pick them up so Daddy could go meet some clients.

I’m not sure but I think a certain little boy was having great fun at work in his new suit, with his Millennium Falcon. Amy was off getting another free ice lemon tea.

At the end of his busy morning at work. What a lovely morning. Thanks to Marjet for allowing us in and and all my colleagues in the office for making the kids so welcome. They had a blast!!! “What you think Jude?” “Very cool Dad, thanks!”
Thank you Telstra Singapore for making the munchkins day. They seriously enjoyed themselves. I think Jude might be sleeping in his suit tonight. Men in Black. Lovely morning for us all. Very proud Dad, having the kids in the office too. Kids to Work Day was belter!
