Sad actually.
My Amy has been going to Schoolhouse by the Bay now for many years, and this is sadly her last. A mixture of reasons from us now living nowhere near to an ever creeping price tag.
But it is what it is – a sad time. But also for her, and us an exciting time as she ventures in January to a local school around the corner – Opera Estate, a place we have seen a few times now and really really like. We hope she will have fun, I am sure she will.
What a final year it has been too. I mean seriously check out this final year end school report. I am blown away Amy, Mary and I are so so proud of you – and I know everyone else will be too. Truly amazing Amy Kennett. Well done you. What a swan song.
And now, because the teachers love the kids like their own they continually take photos. Photos that we, the parents, never get to see until the year end. This year they asked us all to bring in a memory stick. And here you go family and friends a year of Amy’s fun at school. Loving these big time.
Prepare yourself there is indeed a lot of photos coming your way now, of which not one was taken by these fair hands.
Thanks Schoolhouse, we’ll miss you all very much. You have been wonderful teachers, schooling, support, mentors, and of course friends. Take best care.
