Lazy Sundays in Singapore
I love weekends. Time off work with the family. Foodie fun, as always, mixed in with fun, fun and more fun. He we come with Lazy Sundays in Singapore from this weekend just passed. Off to Satay By The Bay for lunch, then the water park, and a wander over the Barrage to one of of favourite eating venues, Kontiki. What a great day.
Here comes Lazy Sundays in Singapore.
Run, run, run!!!
Even this little fella was enjoying himself at the water park. Very cute little thing, lazing in the sun.
This was “Hi Aunty Nikki!” who has just joined the modern World on WhatsApp, ha ha!
How about these couple of snaps? This is the water fountains, and the actual water droplets. Love it!
Off now for a little walk to build up a hunger. Over The Barrage we go. They sure do love their kites un Singapore. And not just any kites, check these out – they are HUGE!
Whilst walking along I spotted these butterflies that must have literally just come from their cocoons. Sunning themselves on these leaves to dry out their wings. So beautiful, and docile too so some great pictures up really close.
Yes indeed, hunger duly achieved when we got to Kontiki. Hmmm what to have. As always, the short rib with bone marrow, and my Mary goes for the rather amazing garlic prawns. Man their food is soooooo good – I just absolutely love our Lazy Sundays in Singapore.
