St John’s Island, Part Deux
A year goes past and we’re all off again to St John’s Island for family and friend fun. Amazing that yet again this year we missed the massive rain, thunder and lightening that was a mere stone throw away on the mainland. A fantastic day. A food fest. A friend fest. It was the usual adventure. It was the usual competition for food – wow was it good this year. Slow roasted pork belly. Stuffed fish Italian style, rosemary, lemon, garlic, S&P. Stuffed pork loin with apple, cinnamon, pine nuts. Tomahawk steaks. Prawns galore. Wow were we fed well by the gang this time – and now to some snaps of a beautiful St John’s Island, Part Deux.
