Wonderful Wild Wild Wet Weekend
I don’t know if you have or have not been here, but it is brilliant. It’s a wonderful day/afternoon for the family, and seriously cost effective to boot for what you get. Basically fun and frolics, some great food on offer and shattered kids that night. We’re always down here, as you have probably seen. So here is yet another Wonderful Wild Wild Wet Weekend. Family package for Wifey, Amy, Jude and I is a monster $102, I kid you not. Where else can you have such a day of full on fun for that sort of cash on Singapore… ??? Sadly Ollie is still sick so he was sat at DownTown East working.
DownTown East is pretty cool too. This tour for Wonderful Wild Wild Wet Weekend, we went about 1130, had lunch at 18 Chefs, then to the park, then an amazing dinner at Man Le Hot Pot. All within the same complex. It’s bloody brilliant food and silly prices, and with the park smack in the middle too. Give you an idea on the latter – 3 adults, one child and Jude free at the most amazing hot pot restaurant $121 for all you can east including free-flow soft drinks. I was blown away with how good this place was. Insanely good!!!

The reason I give you all these links is because this was a Wonderful Wild Wild Wet Weekend. It was a ‘package’ for the kids. All incredibly good value and quality, and just the best kid friendly across all ages for my three. Just a brilliant day of fun and food.

As usual in this place you always bump in to someone you know. Crazy small worlds. So here is Amy on Royal Flush ride #2 with her mates and Dad ha ha… #1 was with me and her mates. Great fun this one!!!

Finally we find Amy at the top of the queue on a slide. Jude and I wait at the bottom for her. 20 minutes later she splashes out. Wow long long wait. Wondering why, and she explained she got stuck half way… Hmmmm Amy, maybe too many pies sweetheart??? He He!!!

It’s the first of many races today. And yep Daddy is miles in front on the 1st race – whoop whoop. And no it is not a weight thing, it is a weight transfer skill…. I thank you!!!

As in this one is the shark, and we all have to keep away from her. Yep race #3. Well this one sure does have the teeth and mouth of a large shark, perfect candidate for the role. Go Amy….

Showers done, dried and changed. It’s dinner time, and Ollie now joins us too. What a feast. 4 hot pots so one each. Pork bone marrow soup base. Absolutely crazy good.
Have a look at this place. It’s just amazing value. SO MUCH CHOICE on an all you can eat basis for such good $$$ value. I am impressed, truly impressed. And it’s so fresh. Believe me this place got jammed with people. Just a superb family restaurant.
I promise you, I did not have to pay this lady to look happy in this shot. She is just a natural…
My Mary was in heaven. So much fresh seafood and fish, and she did say it was indeed very fresh. Loads of it!!!

I have never ever seen such a selection of dipping sauces, and I have been to some buffets and brunches. Both sides here by the way are different. And all so so delicious. I ended up with 5 – weeeeeeee!!!!
The choice goes on and on and on….
Yep we’ll be coming back here for certain. What a lovely day today was. It was a cracker. Wonderful Wild Wild Wet Weekend. Work is so so busy at moment, it’s just lovely to grab the gang to myself and have family Kennett time. And where better than what we just did. Thanks to my lovely wife and kids for an absolute cracking day today. Only one down side is my sun-burn the following day. I look continually embarrassed about something. Dear me. Anyways folks get yourself down to DownTown East. Bring the family. Try the food and the water park. I promise you it is a great day out for all ages. Just try it. I am extremely confident you will – ENJOY!!!
